the reception staff were really helpful with directions and recommendations. my room on the fifth floor was spacious and offered a street view! the cleanliness was very good, and i appreciated the well-kept condition of everything.
the lack of daily refills for amenities like water and towels was a minor inconvenience during my 4-night stay though.

EXCELLENT stay near the station

I found ample space for my bags and A bag stand. It sits right across from Gare De l'Est AND a short walk to Gare du Nord. The bed felt GREAT. The pillows were really comfy. The room size felt pretty good for the city.
The shower water temperature changed a little bit.

the location was great, just steps from the gare de l'est train station, i found it convenient for my travels. the hotel room itself was lovely, quite comfortable, and impressively clean. i particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, they were always available and attentive to my needs.
The walls seemed quite thin, as i could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms. This did impact the tranquility of my stay, somewhat.

The hotel is close to the train station. The metro stop is also just outside the hotel door. There are many cafes and restaurants close by. The staff are very nice and kind.
The bathroom was small and lacked shelving for shampoo.
